How about a simple Asian influenced soup to warm your soul? It’s the complete soup to whip up in less than 20 minutes and enjoy on a lazy day. Many people got introduced to this recipe when they get an upset stomach.
Egg drop soup, also frequently called egg flower soup, originates from China and consists of eggs attached to a boiling chicken broth.
Here you can go with the regular green onions, but here it is chosen to add chives instead, to make it a little different. Americans frequently prepare this soup by adding cornstarch to make it thicker, but there is no requirement to thicken it, and it is recommended that you enjoy it very liquid, just like the original version of the soup. You can opt for organic eggs online.
This soup is excellent both on its own as a quick lunch or for dinner alongside another main dish.
