The effects of research for 7-azaindole through the last twenty years signify presented. Latest synthetic methods used for these 7-azaindole compositions are developed, that includes palladium-catalysed cross-coupling effects. The measurements of 3-formyl-, 3-halogen- as well as 2-lithio-7-azaindole definitions are reported. The process of these pyridine ring through the N-oxide will also be reported. In the last section, this biological action of different 7-azaindole definitions is shortly indicated.
