The Clinical Proteomics and Bioinformatics journals is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes original and high-quality research papers, short communications, reviews, editorial commentary & news, and opinions & perspectives in all areas of the clinical proteomics and bioinformatics.

the CPB includes all major themes pertaining to clinical proteomics, molecular medicine and bioinformatics research including but not limited to; translational proteomics, toxicoproteomics, biomarker discovery, immunoproteomics, functional proteomics, drug designing, microbial & viral proteomics, protein-drug interactions, protein-protein interaction, system biology approaches to clinical issues, novel developments in proteome bioinformatics, novel application of computational methods for the modeling and analysis of proteome data, protein pathway prediction & characterization.
